Will there be a Sept. Word Count challenge?

Post by klbritt » August 29th, 2012, 11:10 am

I noticed that August was devoid of the word count challenge - any reason? Anyway, as September approaches, I was curious if there would be a word count challenge for September?

I didn't start a word count challenge in August because interest kind of fell off in June and July. If people want one I will be happy to start a September thread!
May the word counts be ever in your favor. http://www.sommerleigh.com

I took a heck of a writing break in August, writing pretty close to no fiction whatsoever. I did it because my motivation for my WIP had started to peter out, and pushing myself to write at least a few words everyday was really starting to take a toll on me. Now, at the end of August, new ideas are starting to flow again, so, even though the college school year just began again and I'll still be working full time (plus blogging and book reviewing and hopefully some editing) I am in desperate need of someone to keep my fiction writing in check! I am totally up for a September word count challenge! Writing is my passion and my purpose, and I seriously need to get this first draft done!
