I'm starting an e-lit magazine for Spring and want to know if I can seek submissions from the forum?

Okay, it's been over a week and the mods have not said otherwise, so here goes....

I'm seeking submissions for a new online lit mag that will premiere this spring.

We're looking for short stories, poetry, one-act plays, reviews, and novel excerpts. We don't really have a thematic guideline, just so long as the writing isn't boring and everything else will take care of itself.

As of yet, we can't pay a flat fee for the story, but there will be payment based on advertising revenue.
