Thanks Sommer & Down The Well,
I thought that was about as exciting as things could get. Then I released an e-book and it hit the Top 40 Bestselling Short Stories on the Kindle. For a few hours there I was outselling Shakespeare and Stephen King! It didn't last, but boy was it fun.
If you are interested, you can read more about it on my blog here:

Congratulations. May I ask what is the length of your short story and where can I find it on Amazon?

Oh and I should probably show you the cover because it is so very pretty - my sister did it.

Thanks. :) Strange, but it's priced as 3.44USD now. Is it possible that it's much more expensive in Europe?
And yes. The cover seems nice.

This is Amazon adding VAT and a $2 Whispernet surcharge because you are not in one of the countries where the Kindle has officially launched.
If you download through your computer you can get around the $2 surcharge. Not many Kindle owners know this.
