Am I compter illiterate or what?
I have no idea how many years I've been using MS word processors. I have no idea how many thousands of words I've written.
Yet, after all that time and effort, it was only yesterday that I learned what the heck indents were and how to use them!!!!!!!
At least it came because, while carefully reading a publisher's guidelines for submission of manuscripts, I read where tabs were to be removed and to only use indents. And, they indicated an interest in one or even two of my manuscripts!!!!
Immediately back to the drawing board to review/revise ALL my mss' to get 'em right!!!

Re: Tabs versus Indents
Well, I wasn't too happy when Virtual Tales bit the dust.
So, I sent out queries for my FIVE orphaned novels, one of which I had a contract for with VT.
And, I've received TWO responses asking to see the full manuscript of -the first novel of my FATHER SERRA'S LEGACY trilogy!
Wouldn't it be neat to have to sweat over which contract to sign?

lvcabbie,
Good on you for getting right back into the game. Some people would have allowed themselves to wallow for a while. At least you can be sure in the knowledge that your book IS good enough. For sure.
Keep us up to date.
Best of luck,
Dave

Re: Tabs versus Indents
First of all, AWESOME news! Congrats!
Second, what? I'm not supposed to use my tab key to indent? Sweartagawd, some days I think it's easier to keep my ms locked away in a drawer.
