I've been researching agents and there is one (in my mind) I must query. Here's the deal. If I send the submission to the agency and hope the head honcho sends it to the proper agent, then a synopsis should be included.
This particular agent's guidelines (on the agency web site) don't mention a synopsis. I was reading profiles and interviews and they disagree as to what the agent wants (grain of salt, I suspect the profiler(s) lifted copy from the agency's site) but the agent never mentions a synopsis when asked about guidelines.
Should I leave the synopsis out since the particular agent doesn't mention it?
btw - the agent is young and hungry.

Re: To syn or not to syn(opsis)
If they don't explicitly mention it I wouldn't worry about it, and if they really want it they'll ask you. Either way though it's probably not going to be make or break so don't sweat it too much.
