Post by Robin » December 14th, 2010, 9:11 pm

After spending an entire day with my son's kindergarten class, I am so sick :(
Nothing better than being around a room full of carrier monkeys. ugh... not. good...
Who has some good natural cures?

The hottest Indian curry you can stand. If you can't do really hot, a medium hot would do. I recommend chicken tikka masala, preferably British-style. You should break out in a light sweat while you're eating it, maybe just a touch on your cheeks, not the dripping down your face sort. I've had this improve a cold in as little as a couple of hours and wipe it out by the next morning. Perhaps it's the release of endorphins. I've read that the effect is almost addictive to the hardcore curry fans in the UK. My Welsh ex-husband concurs.
