OK, it's not really a question, but I thought this was a good place to say thanks!

Many months ago I sent out my first query. This site was my only guide, and the resources and advice on here were tremendously helpful. I spent a lot of time carefully researching where to query, followed your query suggestions pretty much to the letter, and sent out a single specifically targeted, finely polished query letter.

Today I got a cheque in the mail. Although you don't even know me, you certainly played a part.
