Love him or hate him he has got style, he is unafraid, and he is smart.

He is never uninteresting.

"The Missionary Position: Mother Teresa in Theory and Practice" is a great, funny book, and "Why Orwell Matters" reminds me of a bio Chesterton would write.
Acclaimed author and journalist Christopher Hitchens confirmed earlier this week the he is chosen to undergo chemotherapy in an attempt to combat esophageal cancer.
Sad news; hope he comes out of it okay.

Amen! Though I often disagree with him, and he probably wouldn't like the religious sentiment.
