I found out about this from one of Neil Gaiman's re-tweets over on Twitter: a Survival Guide that includes information about successful online networking. Interesting that the Survival Guide is written by Kristine Kathryn Rusch, a best-selling author who's won numerous awards, including the Hugo Award http://kriswrites.com/biography ... and she also seems to have had some of her books published by Scribd http://kriswrites.com/e-books!
