Penguin sues 12 authors to get advances back

Penguin has filed suit against 12 authors demanding return of royalty advances, plus interest. The original new report was from The Smoking Gun.

- Herman Rosenblat: $30K + $10K interest
- Jamal Bryant: $56K + $13.5K interest
- John Dizard: $40K + $18K interest
- Lucy Danielle Siegle: $35K + $7K interest
- Marguerite Kelly: $25K + $5K interest
