The street date is the release date. If by publication date, you mean the copyright date, it's usually just a year.

Thank you for responding to my post. By publication date, I meant the exact phrase and not copyright date, which I know is something different. The phrase, "publication date," is used in the books on publishing and self-publishing that I read.
