Hi guys,

It's not exactly procrastination, but I was hoping all of you with with blogs might help to spread the word about the Queensland floods.
The flooding now covers an area larger than France and Germany combined, and larger than Texas. Today four people died in Toowoomba, and three children were swept away and are still missing. Things are only going to get worse before they get better, and the people affected need all the help they can get.

Please link to the Red Cross and the Queensland Premier's Flood appeal, or to my blog post:

Thanks
Jen

I know, it's awful. ABC News say it's seven people confirmed dead, with the three children still missing (http://abc.com.au/news/stories/2011/01/11/3110095.htm). There's also a seriously scary video of today's deluge here: http://www.abc.net.au/news/video/2011/01/10/3109884.htm.

Hoping people are safe tonight and things get better soon. Thanks for posting, Jen.

Oh, Jen, you're an angel. The whole situation is so heart breaking, I can't help but cry when I think of those children. Thanks so much for posting this.
