I just received my first full request (yay me!) and the agent asked me to send the manuscript plus the original query and a short bio. He asked for all these to be attached but does that mean attached in the same or separate documents?

Congrats! I'd put it in one document. They probably asked for it because they are going to be reading in an e-reader.
