Hi. I am wondering who here has queried or worked with a foreign agent? How do you find information about them?
Any tips?
Thanks!

Absolute Write is a great resource for researching agents.

Thanks, Nathan.
I wasn't aware that they also reviewed foreign agents.
Would working with a foreign agent be very different from working with an American one? Would there be any problems with this?

Really depends on the agent. It depends on which area they focus on and what their expertise is.

I'd say 007 is my favorite.

Sorry, Nathan. I also want Sean Connery as my agent!

Steve - LMAO
bcomet - for me, American agents are foreign. I've been querying them and just finding information online. I suggest for other countries, search 'literary agent in (country)'. Other than that, most websites will specify if the agency doesn't represent foreign writers. If there's nothing there - just try them. At the very least, it can't hurt your chances.
