What's a prose stylist?

Just wondering what a prose stylist is? If someone calls you this, is it faint praise? Is it a natural or cultivated talent? How can you tell if you are one? Is it good to be one? Looked online for a definition and got lots of suggestions of who is considered a prose stylist -- everyone from Joseph Conrad to F. Scott Fitzgerald -- but no definition. Is it like porn -- ya know it when ya see it?
