Hello folks, I am not an awesome author like you but I am working on a project which eases the way authors sell their ebooks, increases their profit and gives better book reading analytics. Since you are an accomplished author, I would love to have your inputs.

I have a few questions to start with:
1. What are your biggest pain point with self publishing?
2. How interested are you on a social network which is based around book reading. Which tracks real time book progress, users can like any page and it goes on the news feed?
3. What are you views on getting paid by Kindle Direct on only what was read instead of the whole book? How would you improve it?

Thanking you in advance for your input!

Self-publishing startups usually succeed when they focus on solving real author problems like editing, distribution, and especially marketing. Building strong author support and reader engagement tools can make a big difference. At Book Writing Pioneer, we’ve seen how professional editing, publishing guidance, and effective promotion help authors stand out in a crowded market. A platform that combines community, visibility, and practical services would be very valuable for indie authors.
