A mysterious man shows up on a motorcycle with a bag of money at a Taiwan restaurant, gives the owner $15,000 and tells him to give free vegetarian meals to people with it. That's the opener and the rest is flashback: who is the man? why is he making this traditional Buddhist gesture of thanks for a granted wish, but for 10,000 people? where did he get the money?
