Before returning to the query trenches, I'd like to have someone else read my story and offer feeback. Honest (not rude) feedback on characters, plot and pacing.
Pitch: An immortal man and a revived woman join forces to find a long-lost powerful stone for the devil: if they succeed, he will finally be able to die, and she won't be sent back to hell.

Word count: 109K

Trigger warnings: mentions of suicide attempts, violence, some gore, past abusive relationship
