From Edits by Nathan to publication

Post by pbloom » December 24th, 2023, 6:27 pm

I just submitted a query that I hope Mr. Bransford reviews because the last (and only) time I submitted something, it was the first page of a short story I have been dabbling with for several years. I always knew the first page lacked something, but couldn't capture what was missing until I submitted it and Mr. Bransford plucked it out of the pile and edited it. I then sent it off to two magazines and one of them emailed me the next day asking for the full story. It appeared as their feature article in the magazine's spring edition of that year. Thank you Mr. Bransford! Patricia Bloom

I think this stage includes refining the text, ensuring clarity, coherence and correcting grammatical or stylistic errors. After Nathan has thoroughly edited, the manuscript is prepared for formatting, layout design and proofreading. After all the adjustments are made, the book is ready for publication, either digitally or in print, ensuring the final product is polished and professional, ready for readers.
