Seeking Spec Fic Partner

If you are still interested, I am glad to read, critique, or whatever. I do not do grammar editing, I have someone for that.
I have a current MS that will need a good beta read and critique in about one month. It is lacking the last 5 chapters and my editing. I have two others reading for editing (grammar, structure, etc.) and one reader who is giving general feedback. I've had 10 alpha readers throughout who have all been helpful. It is urban fantasy, very funny, avg. 60,000 finished I'd say.
I would be happy to send a sample so that you have a feel for my level of expertise. I am prompt with e-mails but chatting doesn't work because I have toddlers. :)
I'm 34, and I am not dewy-eyed about the writing industry or craft.
