Critique Partner Request Short Stories

I am seeking a short story critique partner for a few short stories I am working on. I need a partner who won't say nice things about my work that don't help me improve it (don't get me wrong, say all the nice things you like, but I must insist you have revision suggestions). I am happy to return the favor with your work.
My stories could be loosely classified as Southern Magical Realism, Experimental, or simply unusual. This first piece is a second person point of view with a metafiction feel. The second piece will either end up being sort of a refugee piece, or a piece with this projectionist character with issues. I'm ready to move on into third or first person after I had a long and difficult fling in second, so don't expect more second person in the future.
