If you go up to the breadcrumbs under the title and click on the Lecture Series, they're all listed there. It got me for a bit, too.

Lol. Thanks!
Actually, compared to some of my writing teachers in college he's fantastic. At least he has high energy, he's trying to engage.

Yeah, I also like how he uses popular fiction examples, whereas in school we were always using classic lit. And some of it wasn't the same. In the 3 act structure, at school I learned it should be:
Act 1: Intro
Act 2: Climax
Act 3: Resolution.
My teacher used Julius Ceasar as an example.
Brandon says the climax is Act 3 which makes a lot more sense to me. My resolution / falling action is not going to take up a whole act!

I really like lecture series myself, especially the character building. Great stuff.
If you look on the website, the main page is not updated, but if you look up in the menu bar under Lectures, they've got 7 posted. It's easier to watch on youtube though.

He is engaging, but maybe it's just his voice. I don't know

Thanks for providing this link. I never search or find things like these on internet and I have no background in writing classes or teachings, so this is neat. I'm not interested in sci fi or fantasy, but I think it helps nevertheless.
I am on lecture 3 I think. I just listen when time permits.
I just wish he'd stop throwing out gummy bears though with his bare hands. I feel like saying "wrappers, wrappers, wrappers". Germ-shivers.
