Hmmm, just read that her next novel is being published by an imprint of Random House. Does that mean she's gone to the dark side?

And congrats to Patti Smith for winning in non-fiction. I want to read that one.

Everyone hates the Yankees.

But good for Jaimy Gordon; she deserves a nice payday.
