This is a very valuable site, Krista.

The request for topic suggestions is in 'All things procrastination', subject: 'Forum Suggestions', posted 9th Feb. It doesn't read as though he's restricting it to that forum.
When I used 'permanent', I suppose I meant that, if it became a topic with many people feeding into it, it would probably become relatively permanent because it's such a universally pertinent subject for authors.
