I finally posted the end of the story about "Earnest Ben". I had it done more than a month ago, when my free time was nearly unlimited, but that came to a screeching halt. So it took time to be able to find room in the day for both "Ben" and BROKEN MIRROR. Today, I found the room.
My next story, "The Professional", is already typed, so I should begin posting it later in the week.
If you haven't stopped to see "Ben", please do. Just keep in mind that it's serial fiction, so you need to read from oldest to newest.
Thanks,
~Serzen

I get to interview a best-selling author, and will be posting the interview on my blog next week. The author is John Hemry, who also writes under the name Jack Campbell. His fifth book in
The Lost Fleet series, RELENTLESS, made the NY Times Bestseller list last year, and the sixth and final book in the series debuts this month on the 27th. However, that's not the end of the story, as he has two more series under contract already. How cool is that?
I'd like to share the fun and open the questions up to blog followers, so if you'd like to ask Mr. Hemry a question, simply become a follower, and post your question. I will be picking approximately 4-6 from those asked. I made a blog post today for questions. Just post them in the comments. Or, you can email them to me. My email is on my profile page.
If you just want to read the interview when it's posted, that's great too. I'll post an announcement here when I post the interview.

My whole blog is new! Yikes! I only post in the evenings, and not every day. But my most recent post is about choosing the right tense for a story.

I've uploaded the first piece of the new story, "The Professional," this morning. With any luck, I'll be better able to post all the parts in something like a timely fashion this time.

I need help writing a query letter of sorts (not a straight fiction query, but it's kinda like that because it needs to be professional and stuff...haha) for interviewing someone over email (about say, historical aspects of my novel and how I want to make sure that they are as realistic as possible)
