You ask a good question

well, i was a pretty big ronin warrior fan, back in the day, so you can't really go wrong with any of them.
Otherwise, how would i even choose? There are so many...

I don't know much about anime, either, but I think Justin Bieber is pretty handsome.

I've never read anime! But I think we should get Cookie over here. I have a feeling the two of you could have *quite* the conversation about anime characters!

Lol. I've actually been trying to think of who I consider the most handsome, since you know there are lots.

So, I'll make a list of my favorite handsome boys (until I change my mind 5 minutes from now):

Mamoru from Sailor Moon (obvs)
Musashi from Vagabond
Kaname from Vampire Knight
Night from Zettai Kareshi

I also always liked Kaneda from Akira. I don't know what it is. It might be his bad-ass attitude.

Right? There's no way to pick. Though Mamoru definitely came to my mind when i was thinking up a response (to the now vanished original question...)

Now if I had to pick the best looking writer -- cuz this is a writing forum -- I'd probably go with Ernest Hemingway. Cute guy.

I'm about to betray the only manga I've ever read, but here goes, because Caitlin took the words out of my mouth!

A spammer probably started the thread, got evicted, but not before the thread had been replied to.

Anyway, good looking cartoon characters, yeah.

Yes. Though i have to say, Squall in Kingdom Hearts, when he's voiced by David Boreanaz? Yeah...that's pretty awesome.
But for me, in video games, it's Ezio Auditore.

Wait, wait...in Kingdom Hearts, Squall is voiced by David Boreanaz? *dies*

This might be a first.

So, the original poster was a spammer and his (or her, spamvillains are equal opportunity annoyances) post was deleted by me. I didn't notice someone had posted a reply to said post until later when I saw this post at the top of the thread list after I swore I had been deleted it and it had somehow won several new comments. I was unsure, at that point, what to do. So I waited and then there were more comments, and more, and I decided clearly you all want this thread and who am I to judge whether its intentions outweighed its popularity.

Go forth, my forum friends, and discuss the hotness of anime characters.

For my two cents - I'm not an anime person. I've seen a handful, but not enough to really be able to weigh the MOST anything of anime. Those of you who are big fans of anime are going to roll your eyes at my choices, like I must live in a hut on a mountain or something. Still, my heart was won a long time ago by Vegeta of DragonBall Z and then stolen by Spike of Cowboy Bebop*. I clearly have a thing for the snappy bad boys who like to beat people up or blow things up. I'm not sure what that says about me.

*While I love both the original and dubbed version of Cowboy Bebop, I can't help but think most of my twitterpating over Spike comes from my love of Steve Blum, the voice actor for the dubbed version. I would follow that man into hell if he would read me Shakespeare on the way.
May the word counts be ever in your favor. http://www.sommerleigh.com

There is no eye rolling at Spike from Bebop. That is a fine choice, if i say so myself.
