Congratulations! And lucky - my imagination is buried under revisions right now.

Any wave analogy always gets me...being a surfer and all. Everything ebbs and flows, has crests and valleys. Creativity and writing is no different.

I've been dropping in for less than 24 hours and it feels good taking part in this forum again. It's like shooting it at the local watering hole.
My love of fly fishing and surfing connects me to rivers and the ocean. Time with water reminds me to pursue those silly little streams of thought that run rampant in my head.

I know exactly what you mean!
If it has been a particularly long wait between sets it is always nice to come and read and shoot the breeze with others who are waiting and heavenly to watch others Hanging Ten On the creative Wave LOL!
Sometimes it has even seemed to bring on another wave for me.
Riding my wave! :D
