I can draw...kind of. I'm definitely not up to par with the people here though! My artistic talent is less tactile. I sing opera and performed on stage and on tour with a college choir. Other than that, I got nada!

Holy crap! (pun intended, diaper cake and all)

Seriously, that is absolutely beautiful. And it's not often one can say that about diapers. I say you are most definitely artistic and quite a bit more than "slightly" crafty! Awesome cake!

I draw and paint. I've been doing it for I think thirteen years now.

These ones are pretty good. I also like how you're using the colors on the last one.

Thanks! I love painting landscapes with vivid colors.

Yours are really nice too!

I'm kind of lax with my computer drawing skills. I want to get a pen tablet so I can start drawing on my computer, but that will be a much later date.

I got a film scanner for Christmas so I've started up again with my photography blog.

Nice pictures, Steph. I liked "Trees Reaching for Heaven" the most. That one has a really good atmosphere. Oh, and the "Big Ben" is also great. I also took a similar picture when I was in London, but I also put the close by Underground sign into the view. :)

Maybe it's not my best art, but this is my favorite about my WIP's MC. Finally I had some time to work on her...

Very nice. I'm impressed, Guardian. I wish I had the talent to create my characters in pictures.

I play guitar (poorly), draw (slightly less poorly) and eat dried apricots (exceptionally well). I have a deviantart account (http://fallsapart.deviantart.com/) with the same username I have here. Yeah, I'm unoriginal. I draw manga-style mostly. I only have six pics up now, but am planning on uploading more soon. I'm pretty bad (especially in comparison to some of the things I saw in previous posts) but it helps me unwind, and, when I'm doing conceptual sketches, visualize the characters.

It's half ready, the fonts are not final, it's missing some post effects (So, the scenes are far away to be realistic at the moment, especially the lifebelt.), but basically this is how I plan and imagine the CGI teaser trailer of my second WIP, Nightfall.

http://vimeo.com/20137228
Password: nightfall

When I'll have some time, I'm going to finish it. As it's an atmospheric teaser trailer, it's trying to create a basic atmosphere instead of telling the story (The story telling is going to be the job of the second trailer.). The music is not mine and until it's not going to be licensed by me, all rights belong to their respective owners (Two Steps from Hell).

Opinions are welcomed.

They aren't bad! Just keep drawing and practicing. I would practice by drawing fan art. It would help me with proportion and style.

I have a Deviantart account too--http://marquisdusoliel.deviantart.com/ if anyone wants to check it out.
