PM's

Post by Watcher55 » December 1st, 2010, 1:21 pm

I hate being an educated idiot. I got a PM stuck in my outbox and I can't figure out how to send it. Help?

It will stay in your outbox until the recipient picks it up.

It's okay. I'm the moderator and it took me awhile to figure that out. :)

I'm curious about marking people as friends on here. I did it almost a year ago now, when I first joined, but I have no idea whether it sent a message, or whether people had to accept, or what it even does.

I would like to know this, too. I've never done it but I've always wondered.

Since I have no idea either, I just added you as a friend. Did anything happen?

I think fireworks should explode out of your monitor when someone adds you as a friend. This is just my opinion, of course.

If so, remind me not to add new friends while I'm at work.

Nope...no fireworks. No Blue Screen of Death, either, so it can't be all bad. :) Really, nothing looks different. I'd never have known.

Hmm...there's gotta be some reason to 'friend' people.

Well, I now have a one person friend list under my user control panel which makes sending messages to people I like to send messages too much easier.
