I'm home now, and oh my gosh, it's precious!!

I can't wait to buy it to put in my classroom library (counting down the days). :) Let me know if you are willing to do classroom Skype chats. My students would LOVE that (I teach third)!

Yay, I know my kids will pass out getting to talk to an author! Once it comes out, I'll bug you to see if we can set up a time.

I'm in GA, though, so you'll have to get up before noon your time. ;)

Excellent cover. And now we know the reason for all the orange at the blog and forums. :D

I think the cover will do quite well at drawing kids in to the book and getting them to finagle the funds away from their parents so that they can have it.
