New Moderator Welcome: Ink!
Hey all, just a quick forum announcement that I have named Ink a forum moderator. You may know/recognize him from his even keel and keen insight from the blog comments, and I know he will bring that level head to help me maintain the positive spirit and tone of the forums. He'll be working with me to delete/moderate comments and to make sure everything's running as it should.
Big thanks to Ink for agreeing to help out!

OMG he's an Irishman!Ink wrote:Hey, I'm blushing. Damn that pale Irish skin.
I'll never forget one day after work about 17 years ago. I was about 21 and unattached (with a killer figure and not bad looking either - oh how things change). Anyway I was walking to my car, and a young Irish gentleman was approaching from the opposite direction. I was minding my own business when just before we passed each other he tipped his cap, nodded in the most gentlemanly way, and said “Top o’ the dee to ye mamm.” Oh my goodness gracious me, did I go weak in the knees or what? I must have sounded like a right royal git. Being as shy as I am, I quickly ducked me chin to my chest, mumbled something incomprehensible and hurried on my way – butterflies still fluttering in my chest as I climbed into my car. Oh how I wish I could relive that moment with a bit more grace and poise. LOL. Now that’s one hell of a sucker for an Irish accent wouldn’t you think?

Well, I must admit, I'm Irish Canadian. Which is like a normal Irishman, just buried under a few feet of snow.
