Is there anyone who is going to AussieCon4 this year? Or anyone that has been to a WorldCon?

This will be my first writer's convention (there are few held in Australia) and I was wondering what to expect?

It's a SciFi/Fantasy convention more commonly know as WorldCon. It's been held in Melbourne this year :D
I haven't been to Melbourne before OR a convention so I'm combining both.

The website is www.aussiecon4.org.au but it doesn't have a huge amount there. Never-the-less I'm going. I just wish I knew what to expect lol

Try looking at the programs for the previous couple of years. Also, many people who go to major conventions then blog about their experiences. You could try searching for those too. That's how I decided on the major workshops I've attended (I'm not big on cons right now).
