Formula One

So, any other F1 fans out there?

It's the Monaco grand prix this weekend, one of my favourite races of the season. I missed the qualifying earlier, though. I blame...hmm, who can I blame?

I followed it for years, then stopped out of interest. I think the new rules this year renewed my faith in the sport!

Yep, with the new rules and point scoring they put in place this year it did make it slightly better. The new points for first place was meant to make the drivers fight for the win, but with the Red Bull cars being so far ahead of the others, we really haven't seen anything from that, yet. And I do think they should have kept the re-fuelling, it added another depth to the races.

Today's race wasn't a classic Mocaco grand prix by any definition. If it hadn't been for the safety car coming out, then it would've been just another boring race with no overtaking. Will be interested to hear what the stewards make of the last lap Schumacher overtake.
