Congrats Mark. You will be surprised how much turbo writing you can get done during nap times and in between diaper changes.

For all the contests finalists. Oh yeah....fist pump.

After 50 versions and prototypes, I've finally worked out all the bugs in the iPad version of my book. It really 'feels' amazing having the videos on the "pages." Now I can truly say I'm done. Now I can start the slow slog of implementing some of my bigger marketing ideas. Now I can move onto other projects without feeling this heavy weight. It's time to keep creating....

Soooooooooooooooooooo Stoked!

Also, I'm not sure what caused the bump but the Kindle version of my book made it as high as #43 in Travel with Pets on Amazon's ranking. It felt pretty good even though the category is so specific it's a little like being "Voted Best Chinese Food in (insert small town with three restaurants)".

Ryan, that is terrific news! Congratulations, both on finishing your I-pad version (yay!) and reaching #43. And I don't think Travels with Pets is all that obscure. :)

Enjoy moving forward - it feels good. :)

So happy to hear that so many Bransforumers have good news coming in from all areas of life. Congrats to all on all the awesomeness being reported!

This weekend I got the covers for my two upcoming novels. For those of you who've been around here for a few years, you may remember me going through the whole query/agent/publisher nervous breakdown...uh, I mean process. :) Well, Meant To Be, the book that started it all and brought me to this forum, will be released digitally and in print (from Turquoise Morning Press) on August 26 and its sequel, Holding On (aka my NaNo2010, which kept me sane during the query process) will be released November 26. And this is what they'll look like! *happy dance*
