Great conversions, had a bit of trouble with converting to .mobi then kindle for my ebook because of the line spacing and page breaks that are just something else when you get to amazon. The book is http://www.amazon.com/The-Flash-Publish ... g=rnwff-20

Could you sway me in the right way about the spacing?

Without taking apart the book and looking inside, it depends. Spacing and indentations can be controlled well for Kindles. Did you upload the .mobi to KPD, or did you use an epub and let KDP convert it? It's likely that there's an issue in the way you (or whomever did it) converted the book to .mobi. I find Calibre does a pretty solid job of it.

Some problems can result when converting an an ePub file to a Mobile file using calibre. For example line spacing can be too close together.
If you are converting a Word or html file, use MobiPocket Creator. If you have a simple formatted file, it will generate a file you can upload to Amazon and it will work. If you have an EPUB or html file, you can use the Kindle Previewer (converts with KindleGen).

Always remember to test your files on an actual device if you can as they can look different when viewed on a previewer.

Hello everyone!

I communicate with you because I and a team .. we are developing an application that aims to improve the way in which independent authors write and design their books.

We are a team of students from Tijuana technology that aims to test the application once finished in communities. Why I contact this forum and offer the opportunity once finished, that test our application through some of its members at no cost.

Moreover we require at the moment your help. That is, do us the favor of passing between some of the members the following survey ..

https://viridiana.typeform.com/to/VdojUT

Where such a survey would help us better understand the authors, in order to build a better application.

Thank you all for taking the time to read this post

Note: The author who fill out the survey, please let me know by inbox... To add it to a list that use the preliminary version.
