Found another "bug" in the iPad version of my book. The chapter headings disappear in nighttime mode when the background is black and the text is white. It's something to think about since many e-readers are starting to offer a Nightmode for reading. The pictures in the book aren't affected and the text is automatically switched to white but for some reason the text and the chapter headers aren't recognized. I talked to my designers and they think making two different versions is the way to go or possibly making the chapter heading a contained image. These are the kinds of punchlist things that never end. I've been saying my multimedia e-book will be available SOON for about ten months now. (sigh)
