I loved Gillian Flynn way back when (in the early days, with the first two books) and now this Gone Girl is the biggest thing ever and I have to wait like 14 years to get it at the library. I know. I should buy it! But I'm trying to be frugal these days. What with the wintry economic climate and the Starbucks habit. Oh, and the buying of a house. That'll get ya.

I think the paint fumes are affecting to me. I'm rambling. Perhaps it is the exhaustion of moving. Ugh.

But give it up for Gillian Flynn. She's a pretty awesome writer! She writes dark and I tend to like my adult fiction pretty dark (or beautiful and heartbreaking like The History of Love) I may have to just buy it. 14 years is a long time.
