Passion?

Post by dsimon » January 14th, 2010, 11:23 pm

You're always there,
Guiding me,
But you never say a word.

You sit in your orange jacket,
Waiting for me
Because I need you.

I slip between the covers,
Studying you.
Anticipating.

THE CHICAGO MANUAL OF STYLE,
You sexy beast.

I have two copies of that orange beast...it's essential...though I wish it was easier to use.

I have only one copy, but I use it quite a bit. I love having a resource to turn to for all those little questions that pop up when I'm writing or when I'm editing critique group pages. You're right--it is essential.

Thanks for reading my post and commenting!

I love your sly humor wrapped in an Emily Dickinson style verse!
