2 things I do to get things done when I can't concentrate is to run for 20 minutes to clear my head, seems to work.

I also write in blocks of 20 minutes. I'll write about fat burners for 20 minutes, do a word count and then do another 20 minutes and try to beat the previous wordcount.

Making a game out of it like that helps me write much more!
