Hi if you want to write a children's picture book- You send an agent a query- what is the next step? Do you need to have a proposal or a manuscript. If you wanted to prepare it before you query which one would you write the proposal or the manuscript. Where can you find the format and an example of a proposal or manuscript for a children's picture book.
