I have read your publishing glossary post, http://blog.nathanbransford.com/2009/08 ... ssary.html with regard to auctions.

Could you talk in greater detail about the process? Possibly some stories from auctions you have been involved in? Are there any do's and don'ts for an author in the process? Cautionary tales??

I'm afraid I don't really talk about my deals, so this isn't something I delve into.
