Post by washingtonwriter1968 » February 14th, 2012, 8:00 pm

Ok It is the scene in the Chapel where the possesion takes place
at that moment he is possessed he begins killing the members who do not want to except there own demon
with his bear hands.......
It is hard My brain just does not want to visually see it
it shys away
What would you do? Leave that scene to the readers imagination or write it out?

Lead up, imply the scene through a transition jump, skip the scene, report the aftermath.

Or watch the Serenity or Resident Evil horror gore scenes. Visceral horror, those are with a touch of psychological horror. More psychological horror than visceral, though, in The Exorcist and its sequels.
