When you have the perfect paragraph...

Post by jenniferjbennett » April 14th, 2010, 2:33 pm

So you're writing and everything is great. You come back and start editing. You write the perfect paragraph. It sums up and embodies the entire book. You love it! Now, if you could just make everything else that good... any suggestions?

See what differs about it from your others, of course! Is it the sentence variation? The imagery? The dialogue tagging or flow? The word choice? The tension and foreshadowing? Analyze the hell out of why you think it stands out so wonderfully, and aim to achieve it in all your words :)
