Seeking Critique Partner for YA

Critique partners are worth their weight in gold. So (checking financial page) like $20,000 a pound.

Seeking Critique Partner for YA

Post by Mark.W.Carson » April 23rd, 2012, 3:44 pm

Hi,

If anybody read my previous post here, I am at a much more stable point in my MS, and looking for someone to exchange chapters with.

My story is focused on a 16yr old boy, and uses Judeo/Christian mythology as a backdrop, but does not go into heavy handed religion nor does it try to be preachy.

Ideally, I'd be looking for someone that can turn around chapters within about a week, and I'd be willing to do the same. I'm pretty fast when it comes to getting things back.

Please contact me if you are interested.

Thanks,

Mark

Mark,

Just wanted to see if you're still interested in finding a critique partner. I am also writing YA. Right now I'm editing a 85K edgy YA about rape and abortion I wrote about a year ago but I'm currently writing a fantasy YA as well.

I stay in the YA genre but I go back and forth between realistic and fantasy.

I'd love to work on a weekly or bi-montly (as in every two weeks) for critique between 1-3 chapters at at time. Let me know if you're interested at all or if you have already found another CP.

Thanks!

Sher
