This is the first I've sought such help since 2012, the last of six years novelist Ed Minus critiqued my work. (Kite, published by the Penguin Group.) I've had nearly a thousand articles, essays, stories, poems published since then without this help, but I'm taking my 7300-word (or about his) essay very seriously, submitting it to a top-tier literary journal, and don't want to make the mistake of having been too close to the work not see any fatal flaw(s) I don't see. So I will very much appreciate the help of a good critique. Thanks, Bruce Edward Litton
