Well, I'm quite perplexing myself on where I have to post my query...
First question I always ask to myself, "Do I need to use an application to send my query?"
And lastly, "Or should I just post it on the email of the desired agent I chose?"

Every agent has their own guidelines for posting queries. You MUST abide by each one individually. When you query, I suggest reading the agent's entire website before you submit just so you don't mess anything up before you've even gotten inside the door. Good luck!
