As I edited my novel, I noticed that a lot of the voice of the novel really comes out in the dialogue, rather than in the narrations and the descriptions (there's some voice, but the non-dialogue parts aren't as "voice-y" (haha is that a word?) as the dialogue parts). Is that a problem? Or...

How long should you wait between sending out two queries to two different agents from the same agency? Should you wait at all? Or should you only query one agent per agency? How do you change the auto-numbering so that it starts with 1 on the true first page of the MS instead of with 2 (like it always does with me...grr) Also, this might be a dumb question, but are cover sheets ...
