Last weekend at the World Fantasy Convention, I had a 65-minute conversation with Michael A. Stackpole about the state of publishing and ebooks. We also talked about ebook pricing (and J.A. Konrath), business advice for writers, and some practical subjects like free samples and book trailers. Voila!...
