In your opinion, is it acceptable to compare your book to another book in the back cover summary? ie: "The story, reminiscent of blankety blank, is...."

Quotes for back cover
In your opinion, is it acceptable to use a quote on the back cover without a name associated with it? ie: the person is not famous, so the name would be insignificant, but the quote is good?
