This is just my opinion and i'm only a tween(but very almost a teen) I mainly read YA books and i usaully like MCs to be 12-16 if the MC was 20 i doubt i would read the book(the only exception is Eragon because he must be 19 or 20 now but that had recommendation from my step dad and dragons was a to...

Wow its not just me!
I love making up titles too.
Usaully before i develop the plot/write a lot i give the booka title i also enjoy naming chapter titles

The twin idea sounds really good,i have a ton of ideas that i came across but never wrote...maybe i'll post them if i can dig them up from memories,paper and word docs

Of course i do!
there wasa time when i ahd like 20 stories on the run.
At the moment im focusing on 3 series's(but 1 in particular,which is the one where im on the 2nd draft)

if iw as an agent id represent middle grade YA,fantasy and paranormal.
And of course all my clients books would be bestsellers and id have a mega bestseller that was as big aS harry potter and twilight(which are both really good)

The correct age group is 9-12, which is middle-grade not YA. And this is seeming kinda short even for middle grade, 40,000 words would be better unless this is for a younger audience. im 11 and have roughly 14,000 words into my childrens novel(around the age group of 12+) i have been writing it for over a year(it's a triolgy and i have book 1 figured fully out book 2 and 3 have their major plotline figured out i know roughly where i should end up on the last page of the triolgy) ...
